Fulham are on the verge of securing a £35 million deal to acquire American striker Ricardo Pepi from PSV Eindhoven, bolstering their attacking options for next season.

Negotiations between the two clubs have intensified since January, following PSV’s dismissal of earlier offers from Fulham for the USA international.
Despite suffering a fractured arm earlier this year, Pepi has made a return to the pitch and is expected to be included in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad for the upcoming World Cup.
The 23-year-old striker is anticipated to undergo a medical examination as part of the final agreement, which includes an initial fee of approximately £31 million, with additional bonuses and a percentage of any future sale to follow.
Pepi has been in remarkable form this season, netting 13 goals, with eight of those coming in the last 10 matches.
Manager Marco Silva expressed a strong desire to bring Pepi to Fulham back in January. Although missing out at that time was disappointing, the club has continued its pursuit of the talented forward.
As Fulham prepares for potential changes in their attacking lineup, Silva’s own future remains uncertain, and questions loom over the contracts of Raul Jimenez and Rodrigo Muniz. Additionally, Harry Wilson, who is out of contract, is reportedly being pursued by Aston Villa and Everton.
