“For now, there are three clubs which are believed to have enquired about Janavane (September). They are looking at his experience both in the Betway Premiership with Chippa United as well as in the Motsepe Foundation Championship. These teams include newly promoted Kruger United, Magesi FC, and Marumo Gallants.
“Apparently, Marumo believes they haven’t found the right replacement for Masindi Nemtajela, who joined Orlando Pirates, and they believe September would be the right solution, whereas Kruger are looking at more experienced players to strengthen their squad for next season. Magesi showed interest early on, but for now, they are waiting to secure their Betway Premiership status first. So those are the teams believed to be enquiring about September, ” the insider revealed to Soccer Laduma.
The 25-year-old midfielder has experience, having made his debut with now-defunct BidVest Wits before playing for Cape Umoya, La Masia, and Chippa United, where he played most games.
Soccer Laduma contacted Marumo Gallants for comment, but there was no response.
This publication also reached out to Kruger for comment, but there was no response at the time of publishing this story.
